Ryan’s Journey to HVAC — And to Excellence
Ryan didn’t exactly plan on working in HVAC. In fact, his journey started by driving his roommate to service calls. But from the first ride-along, something clicked. He jumped in headfirst, starting with installations — which he still believes is the best way for a tech to learn the trade — and worked his way through residential, commercial, and refrigeration projects.
Along the way, he met his wife (then a dispatcher at his first company), built a career grounded in skill and integrity, and welcomed two wonderful children. Today, as Operations Manager, Ryan is driving No Problem Heating and Cooling’s expansion, mentoring the next generation of technicians, and cultivating a company culture based on honor, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
Recognition Built on Dedication
Ryan’s résumé is already packed with achievements, including a Department of Labor Apprenticeship completion, multiple Certificates of Merit from Trane, and the 2024 Best New Dealer award from Trane’s Heartland Region. But what really sets him apart is his unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.
One customer — whose HVAC system Ryan personally installed and maintained — was so impressed that they nominated him for the Top 40 Under 40 themselves. In their words:
