We had a major repair needed and they came quickly and gave their opinion and our options for repairs needed. They came out, figured out what was wrong, and explained my options without being pushy about selling me anything. I ended up repairing my current AC but when it’s time to replace it, I’ll definitely be calling No Problem again. They also told me about their air purification systems, and with my allergies, I decided to have one installed. I’m really looking forward to having cleaner air in the house. Thanks for everything! When Casey walked into our home, it was almost 90 degrees, and thanks to both of them - less than 12 hours later - it was a perfect temperature. Even while experiencing a heat wave, our air conditioner works perfectly! He came the next day only to find another problem that needed specialized work. Casey came soon and completely fixed it. This was quick during an intensive heat warning. I called them on last Friday late in the afternoon and they arrived on Monday @ 7:30 AM. They completed the diagnostic on my air conditioning system and determined the system needed to be replaced. After being presented options from them, we made the decision on installing a Trane system. They installed the new system the very next day. Ryan and the installation team did an outstanding job from start to finish. We were very impressed with their professionalism, promptness, communication and the service received from their whole team. We were very happy to receive the 5 star service from them! Anthony V16 July 2026My daughter called NPHC out and they responded right away the week before July 4th holiday. The first visit was underdiagnosed by technician. I called in next day for a follow up service call which they set it up right away. I met the new technician at my daughter's house. We discussed what I believed the problem to be and he agreed. He further tested and confirmed the failure. He was very professional! He had the part on his truck but I would not agree to the cost they wanted to install the new part as they had not diagnosed the obvious problem the day before. I ended up repairing the unit myself with new parts. Now I can come on here and complain but in my view anybody can make a mistake including myself. I have prior experience in retail service management so I feel it is not about making a mistake it is how you address it. I reached the service manager this week and we agreed on a satisfactory solution. That is why I would continue to call on No Problem Heating and Cooling service for any future needs.Posted on Google
